"I was broke down yesterday for 5 hours. It was cold, snowing, and my battery was about dead in my car when my friend got there. One place we called told us "Find someone else to tow your car" as we were in a friends car keeping warm driving up the road my car was on rather than sitting in a freezing car. My insurance company called McDanel's when we called them back to let them know what the other place said. ETA was 1 hour but they got there in 35 minutes and said we could go while the car was loaded. My car was dropped off about 10 minutes after I got home. Great service, Fast response time, and very nice and helpful! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know that needs a tow! Thank You again!!!"

"I was in a car accident yesterday at 1:00 p.m. and I contacted AAA. They dispatched Castle tow company with a 30 min eta. They never showed. After 7 calls an waiting for over 5 hrs with a non driveable vehicle, hurt from the wreck, an running out of gas. I contacted Mcdanels, on my own , was given an eta of 1 hr. They made me a priority showed up within 45 min. Tow operator Jay did an outstanding job, was courteous, fast, an very knowledgeable. They didn't ignore me when I was in need at my worst. I will definitely contact them again if I ever have an accident... All I could give them was 5 stars but they deserve 10. Everyone I know will definitely have their in so to contact them whenever they're in need. They were definitely receive future business from me. Again Thank You McDanel's towing, you guys are spectacular, keep up the great work."
